This delicious Artisan beer obtained at low fermentation, has an intense amber colour with tawny reflections, the foam is compact and persistent. Given the peculiarities of the style, otherwise interpreted masterfully, the malt is felt decisively in all stages of the tasting. An alternation of flavours fruit in spirit, toasted cereal, berries and an inspired hops note that produce an exquisite and long lasting caramel aftertaste. It is recommended to drink it at a temperature of about 6/8 degrees in the glass to close, in combination with cooked or smoked red meat and sausages both cooked and fresh, in particular, to the red sausage of Castelpoto.
